We will support children in reaching their full potential through strong academics and meaningful community connections. We are committed to helping students grow in their reading skills while creating a place where families feel supported and at home.
Our Village of Future Leaders Academy was created from firsthand experience and a deep commitment to children’s academic growth. After more than a decade in childcare, our founder recognized a decline in reading skills and a need for stronger academic support. As a single mother passionate about education and community, she designed a space where children can grow to their full potential while families feel welcomed and supported. Here, community and academics go hand in hand.

Meet Our Founder
I am Char. I have worked in childcare for over 10 years. In that time, I have noticed a decline in reading skills and care for academics. I am a single mother and am passionate about education and helping kids grow to their full potential. I am also passionate about building community and helping everyone feel at home.

We offer a five-day program designed to provide consistent academic support throughout the week. This structure allows students to build strong routines and stay engaged in their learning. Our focus includes strengthening reading skills and supporting overall academic growth. Families can rely on a steady, community-centered environment each school day.

As an Inquiry & Project-Based program, students engage in hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration and deeper understanding. This approach supports academic development while helping students stay actively involved in their learning. Lessons are designed to strengthen core skills while allowing students to engage meaningfully with the material.

Community is at the heart of our academy. We are intentional about creating a space where students and families feel welcomed and supported. Our program is designed with busy parents in mind, and we are open to serving families who may not be able to pay tuition. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow in a caring environment.
